Indian Spice Mix
Description
Simple mix of spices to use as a rub for chicken or whatever.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp curry
- 2 Tbsp cumin
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- salt to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix together.
